個人資料（私隱）條例

Burumu Carpentry Limited（下稱「Burumu Carpentry Limited」、「我們」或「本公司」）在收集、保存、使用及傳送個人資料時，尊重法例賦予閣下的私隱權利；而本私隱政策（下稱「本私隱政策」）旨在說明我們處理個人私隱的政策。我們的政策是要遵守香港特別行政區法例第486章《個人資料（私隱）條例》。為此，本公司會確保我們的員工在處理個人資料時依從最嚴格的保安及保密標準。

以下將詳細說明我們處理個人資料的政策及方法，請仔細參閱及理解。本私隱政策適用於 Burumu Carpentry Limited 的網頁（下稱「本網頁」）的所有使用者，而本公司有權按需要隨時修訂或更改有關內容，恕不另行通知。

6. 當閣下按照我們收集資料時所說明之目的而向我們提交資料，即表示閣下已經閱讀和理解本私隱政策，並同意我們收集閣下的個人資料及將其用於與本私隱政策中所述的所有目的以及相關的用途。然而，我們不會使用閣下的個人資料作直銷，包括閣下的姓名和聯絡方法，除非我們已經收到閣下的同意。

7. 閣下可自願決定是否在本網頁提供沒有被標示為必須填寫的個人資料。

敏感個人資料的處理

若我們有需要收集有關閣下的敏感個人資料（例如財務資料）以為閣下提供服務，我們亦會遵從本私隱政策的條款。

• 若本公司決定出售其業務的任何相關部份，本公司的任何實際或建議售讓人、承轉人或繼承人；

• 向 Burumu Carpentry Limited 提供行政、電訊、電腦、獎賞換領管理及其他服務的任何代理人、承辦商或第三者服務供應商；及

• 為遵守任何對於 Burumu Carpentry Limited 具有約束力的法例要求，或為了符合由監管或其他機構發出的任何指引或工作守則，而 Burumu Carpentry Limited 有義務向其披露資料的人士或機構。

查閱及更正個人資料

如閣下欲查閱或要求更正本公司持有閣下的個人資料，請提供閣下姓名、聯絡電話及電郵地址並電郵至 hello@burumu.hk。本公司會在收到閣下的指示後 7 個工作天內給予回覆及更新本公司紀錄。

停止使用個人資料作直銷用途

若閣下不想收取本公司任何推廣或宣傳資料，不論閣下是否較早前已給予本公司同意（書面或口頭）向閣下發放該等資料，閣下可隨時電郵至 hello@burumu.hk 表示要求本公司停止使用閣下的個人資料。本公司會在收到指示後 7 個工作天內將閣下的個人資料從本公司之名單中刪除，並停止使用閣下的個人資料作直銷。

資料的保留

我們將按收集資料目的所需的時間保留閣下的個人資料。收集及持有的各類個人資料是有不同的保留時間並受任何法律、法令、法規或會計要求所約束。無需保留的個人資料將會銷毀。

與其他網頁的連結

我們可能提供連接至其他非由 Burumu Carpentry Limited 管理的網頁，倘若閣下造訪這些網頁，閣下應閱讀他們的個人私隱和其他政策。我們對其他公司的政策或事務一概不負上任何責任，閣下所提交的資料將以該等公司的私隱政策約束。

外判安排

本網頁由內部職員及一個第三方服務供應商開發及維修，本公司或需委托該指定第三方服務供應商進行故障檢修或維修，而本公司的職員會監督由該指定第三方服務供應商進行故障檢修或維修。本公司的指定第三方服務供應商均受合約約束，從而保障閣下的個人資料免受未經准許的查閱、使用及保留。

保安

除上述第3條所述外，閣下的個人資料不論以任何方式儲存，將只限於已獲本公司授權的僱員或承辦商查閱。凡以電子方式儲存的個人資料，將會儲存於嚴密監管的伺服器內，並將加有密碼保障（或使用其他同等形式的保障措施），以及同時亦只限於獲得 Burumu Carpentry Limited 授權的人員或承辦商查閱。獲授權的僱員及承辦商，只可在按照本私隱政策的規定下處理相關個人資料。但本公司不能保證透過互聯網或任何其他公共網絡上傳輸的數據是完全安全的。

本私隱政策之修訂

本私隱政策可於任何時候作修訂或更改，恕不另行通知。任何修訂或更改將於本網頁公布並只適用於發佈後收集的個人資料。

However, we will not use your personal data for Direct Marketing (including your name and contact methods) unless we have received your consent.

7. You may voluntarily decide whether to provide personal data on this Website that is not marked as mandatory.

Handling of Sensitive Personal Data

• Any person or institution to whom Burumu Carpentry Limited is under an obligation to disclose data to comply with binding legal requirements or guidelines/codes of practice issued by regulatory or other bodies.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

If you wish to access or request correction of your personal data held by the Company, please provide your name, contact number, and email address and email us at hello@burumu.hk. The Company will respond and update its records within 7 working days of receiving your instructions.

Opting Out of Direct Marketing

If you do not wish to receive any promotional or publicity materials from the Company, regardless of whether you have previously given consent (written or oral), you may email hello@burumu.hk at any time to request that the Company stop using your personal data. The Company will remove your data from its list and cease using it for Direct Marketing within 7 working days of receiving the instruction.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Different types of data have different retention periods and are subject to legal, statutory, regulatory, or accounting requirements. Personal data that no longer needs to be retained will be destroyed.

Links to Other Websites

We may provide links to other websites not managed by Burumu Carpentry Limited. If you visit these websites, you should read their privacy and other policies. We accept no responsibility for the policies or practices of other companies; information you submit will be governed by those companies' privacy policies.

Outsourcing Arrangements

This Website is developed and maintained by internal staff and a third-party service provider. The Company may need to commission the designated third-party service provider for troubleshooting or maintenance, which will be supervised by Company staff. Our third-party service providers are bound by contract to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or retention.

Security

Except as stated in Clause 3 above, your personal data, regardless of how it is stored, will be accessible only to authorized employees or contractors of the Company. Personal data stored electronically will be kept on strictly monitored servers, protected by passwords (or equivalent security measures), and accessible only to personnel or contractors authorized by Burumu Carpentry Limited. Authorized personnel may only process the data in accordance with this Policy. However, the Company cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the Internet or any other public network is completely secure.

Amendments to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be amended or changed at any time without prior notice. Any amendments or changes will be published on this Website and will only apply to personal data collected after the publication.
