送貨服務條款及細則
1. 運費說明

荃灣工場自取:任何金額之訂單均免運費。

小型木製品:經順豐速運寄出,運費到付。購物滿 HK$800 可享順豐速運免運費優惠。

大型商品/傢俬:
-
送貨範圍:只限香港特別行政區。海外訂單請聯絡客戶服務查詢報價。

香港一般住宅及地區:香港島 HK$800;九龍及新界 HK$600(適用於一般住宅或商業地址)。
-
偏遠地區附加費:如:半山、山頂、赤柱、大潭、石澳、渣甸山、淺水灣、南灣、深水灣、所有鄉郊、馬灣、沙頭角、龍鼓灘、打鼓嶺、落馬洲、清水灣半島、離島區、大帽山、飛鵝山、觀音山、愉景灣、東涌等。顧客須在確認訂單前提供完整地址,本公司將按實際地址另行報價。

2. 配送額外費用
配送費用不包括以下各項,相關費用須由顧客承擔:

安裝費、停車場收費、過橋及隧道費(如愉景灣附加費 HK$120)。

運費不包括因安裝導致超出屋苑大廈免費泊車時間所產生之費用,顧客應自行與屋苑管理處協調或支付差額。
3. 樓梯費及步行附加費
如送貨目的地無電梯直達或須經樓梯搬運,將產生附加費:

樓梯費:按每件貨品、每層收取 HK$100-250(5級起計作一層,最高上限八層)。

步行費:落貨點距離目的地首 50 米免費,其後每 50 米收取 HK$50。
4. 安裝與現場環境限制

安裝服務:請聯絡客戶服務查詢報價。

財物保障:在收貨及安裝期間,顧客須小心保管及保護室內財物(如傢俬、地板、牆壁及裝飾等)。如有任何損毀,本公司恕不負責。

物流限制:顧客須確保訂購貨品之尺寸符合樓宇、升降機及門口等空間限制。如因環境因素導致貨品未能進屋,本公司恕不負責,並可能產生額外行政或運輸費用。

不適用地點:包括禁區、5.5公噸或以上貨車未能進入的路段,或須經露台懸掛入屋的地點。
5. 存倉費用
如顧客未能於約定收貨日起計 30 天內提取或收取貨品,本公司將收取存倉費。費用按貨品體積計算,每日每立方米(CBM)為 HK$100。若超過期限仍未提取,本公司有權自行處置該貨品及相關款項。
6. 天氣及突發狀況
如送貨當天遇上惡劣天氣(如八號或以上颱風、黑色暴雨)、嚴重水浸或道路封閉,服務將延誤或暫停。我們將於 24 小時內聯絡顧客重新安排,補送服務通常於 7 天內完成。
7. 無人收貨之安排
如在送貨當日,因送貨地址無人應門而導致未能交收,該次運費將不獲退回。如須再次安排送貨,本公司將再次收取相關運費。
8. 收貨人資格
收貨人須年滿 18 歲並為顧客之授權代表。任何收貨人之指示、提供之信息或行為均視為顧客本人之意願。
Shipping & Delivery Terms
1. Shipping Rates

Self-Pickup (Tsuen Wan Workshop): Free of charge for all orders.

Small Wooden Products: Shipped via SF Express (Freight Collect). Free shipping via SF Express for orders over HK$800.

Large Items/Furniture:

Service Area: Limited to Hong Kong SAR. For overseas orders, please contact customer service for a quote.

General Districts: HK Island: HK$800; Kowloon & New Territories: HK$600 (Applicable to standard residential or commercial addresses).

Remote Areas: Including Mid-Levels, The Peak, Stanley, Tai Tam, Shek O, Jardine's Lookout, Repulse Bay, South Bay, Deep Water Bay, rural areas, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Lung Kwu Tan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, Clear Water Bay Peninsula, Outlying Islands, Tai Mo San, Fei Ngo Shan, Kwun Yum Shan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, etc. Customers must provide a full address for a specific quote before order confirmation.

2. Additional Delivery Charges
Delivery fees exclude the following, which shall be borne by the customer:

Installation fees, parking fees, bridge and tunnel tolls (e.g., Discovery Bay surcharge: HK$120).

Any parking fees incurred due to installation exceeding the estate’s free parking period. Customers should coordinate with estate management or pay the difference.
3. Staircase and Walking Surcharges
If the destination is not accessible by elevator or requires manual carrying:

Staircase Fee: HK$100-250 per item per floor (calculated from 5 steps onwards, up to a maximum of 8 floors).

Walking Fee: Free for the first 50 meters from the unloading point; HK$50 for every subsequent 50 meters.
4. Installation and Environmental Constraints

Installation Service: Please contact customer service for a quotation.

Property Protection: During delivery and installation, customers are responsible for protecting their property (e.g., furniture, flooring, walls, and decorations). Burumu Carpentry Limited shall not be held liable for any damage caused.

Space Limitations: Customers must ensure that the ordered items fit within the dimensions of the building, elevators, and doorways. If items cannot enter the premises due to size constraints, the Company is not liable, and additional fees may apply.

Service Exclusions: Delivery is not available for restricted areas, roads inaccessible to 5.5-ton trucks, or locations requiring entry via balcony hoisting.
5. Warehousing Fees
If the goods are not collected or delivered within 30 days of the agreed date, a warehousing fee of HK$100 per CBM per day will be charged. The Company reserves the right to dispose of the goods and related payments at its discretion after this period.
6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Delivery may be delayed or suspended in the event of adverse weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm), severe flooding, or road closures. We will contact the customer within 24 hours to reschedule, with redelivery typically completed within 7 days.
7. Failed Delivery (No-show)
If delivery fails because no one is present at the address at the scheduled time, the delivery fee will not be refunded. A new delivery fee will be charged for any subsequent arrangement.
8. Authorized Recipient
The recipient must be at least 18 years old and serve as your authorized representative. Any instructions, information provided, or actions taken by the recipient represent you personally.
