退款及換貨條款

1. 一般情況

所有訂造傢俬及產品均以結構安全為首要考慮。本公司會因應設計細節（如：邊角弧度）及顧客訂購之尺寸間隔作技術考量，最終成品與陳列品或產品照片可能會有輕微差別。實木製作涉及多項人手程序，所有產品尺寸之正常誤差範圍為 ± 5mm。貨品出門，恕不退換。

2. 訂製傢俬及圖則確認

• 畫圖費用：訂製家具將收取 HK$1,000 之畫圖費。確認收款後，本公司將提供 1:1 設計工程圖則。

• 費用抵扣：如顧客最終確認下單製作，該畫圖費將於訂單總額中扣回。

• 顧客責任：顧客有責任仔細核對圖則之尺寸及細節是否正確無誤。

• 不可退款性：訂金入數後即代表確認訂單，工場會隨即進入製作階段。如隨後取消訂單或不需要訂製，相關畫圖費及訂金均不會退回。

3. 收貨與驗貨

所有貨品均為全人手製作，並非機器 100% 完美產品。於出貨前，我們的木匠均會檢查確保貨品完好。

• 即場驗貨：顧客收貨時必須即場檢查品質，確認無誤後方可簽收。

• 簽收效力：貨品一經簽收，即視為滿意交收，貨物出門恕不退換。

• 查詢途徑：如有任何疑問，請致電 5512 0008 或透過 WhatsApp 與我們聯絡。

4. 木色與天然特性注意

Burumu Carpentry 綻匠木作 產品主要以圖片展示。

• 螢幕色差：由於不同電腦螢幕解析度及亮度設置不一，實物與照片可能存在色差。

• 原木唯一性：由於本公司大部份傢俱均以原木為原材料，每塊木材的木紋、顏色及節疤均為天然形成且獨一無二。實物與展示照片無法達到完全相同。

• 免責聲明：本公司未能因上述天然差異或色差原因接受退換貨要求，敬請諒解。

5. 非品質問題（不設退換之情況）

下列情況屬於正常家具特性或人為因素，不視為品質問題：

• 尺寸微差：大型家具製造過程中產生之不超過 ± 5mm 之尺寸差異。

• 小型木品微差：小型木製品製造過程中產生之不超過 ± 2mm 之尺寸差異。

• 天然特性：木材之天然木紋、木眼、結疤及天然裂痕。

• 微小刮痕：製造過程中產生之深度不超過 ± 0.5mm 之輕微痕跡。

• 已組裝產品：貨品一經組裝，不設退換。

• 人為損壞：因錯誤使用或意外造成的人為損壞。

• 感官因素：因個人喜好或不影響正常使用之主觀問題。

• 物流風險：如選擇運送服務，顧客需於收貨時檢查包裹完整性。本公司將盡力確保運送安全，但若因物流第三方或不可抗力（如天災）導致損壞，本公司恕不承擔責任。

6. 實木之天然物理現象與保養

• 自然特徵：實木帶有樹眼、結疤、孔洞及木節均為自然的表徵，亦是實木家具的獨特之處。

• 環境反應：實木存在天然毛細孔，會隨氣候變化產生熱漲冷縮。在經歷四季氣候轉換期間，木材可能有輕微龜裂現象，此屬穩定過程中的自然現象。

• 色澤變化：木製品會隨使用時間及程度產生色澤變化或細紋，均屬正常。

• 保養建議：

1. 避免使用鈍器或硬物施力撞擊，以免損害外觀及結構。

2. 避免陽光直射暴曬，防止木材變形或乾裂。

3. 避免將高溫物品直接放置於木面上。

4. 如遇液體傾倒，請盡快擦除以防脫色或損傷木皮。

7. 最終決定權

如有任何爭議，Burumu Carpentry Limited 保留一切最終決定權。

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. General Conditions

Structural safety is the primary consideration for all custom-made furniture and products. Burumu Carpentry Limited reserves the right to adjust design details (e.g., corner radiuses) and dimensions based on technical requirements; therefore, final products may vary slightly from display items or product photographs. As solid wood production involves manual craftsmanship, a standard dimensional tolerance of ± 5mm is normal. All goods sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Custom Furniture & Drawing Confirmation

• Drawing Fee: A drawing fee of HK$1,000 will be charged for custom-made furniture. The 1:1 technical engineering drawings will be provided only after payment is received.

• Fee Offset: If the custom order is confirmed and proceeds to production, this drawing fee will be fully deducted from the final order total.

• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all dimensions and details in the drawings are correct and accurate before confirmation.

• Non-Refundable Policy: Once the deposit is paid, the order is confirmed and sent to the workshop for production. Should the order be cancelled or if the customization is no longer required, the drawing fee and deposit will not be refunded.

3. Collection and Inspection

All products are handcrafted and are not 100% "machine-perfect" goods. Every item is inspected by our carpenters to ensure it is in good condition prior to delivery/collection.

• On-site Inspection: Customers must thoroughly inspect the quality of the goods upon receipt before signing the acknowledgment.

• Final Acceptance: Once signed, the goods are considered accepted in good condition and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Note on Wood Color and Natural Characteristics

Products of Burumu Carpentry are primarily displayed through images.

• Screen Discrepancy: Due to varying monitor resolutions and settings, there may be color differences between the actual product and the images online.

• Unique Wood Grain: As most of our furniture is made from solid timber, the grain, color, and knots of each piece of wood are naturally unique. It is impossible for the final product to be identical to the display photos.

• Disclaimer: Burumu Carpentry Limited cannot accept returns or refunds based on the aforementioned natural variations or color discrepancies.

5. Non-Quality Issues (Exclusions from Returns/Exchanges)

The following circumstances are considered natural characteristics of furniture or results of external factors and do not constitute quality issues:

• Dimensional Variance: Differences in dimensions (length, width, or height) not exceeding ± 5mm for large furniture.

• Small Woodware Variance: Differences in dimensions not exceeding ± 2mm for small wooden accessories.

• Natural Traits: Differences compared to display items caused by natural material characteristics, such as wood grain, burls, knots, and natural hairline cracks.

• Minor Scratches: Light surface marks or scratches caused during the manufacturing process not exceeding ± 0.5mm in depth.

• Assembled Products: Any products that have already been assembled cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Man-made Damage: Any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

• Subjective Factors: Issues based on personal preference or those that do not affect the normal use of the product.

• Logistics Risk: If a delivery service is selected, customers must check the integrity of the package upon receipt. While we strive to ensure safe transit, the Company shall not be held liable for damage caused by third-party logistics or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).

6. Natural Physical Phenomena & Maintenance of Solid Wood

• Natural Features: Burls, knots, holes, and wood joints are natural characteristics of timber and are the unique features of solid wood furniture.

• Environmental Reaction: Solid wood possesses natural pores that expand and contract with climate changes. Fine cracks may occur due to changes in humidity and temperature; this is a natural stabilization process as the wood adjusts through the four seasons.

• Color Aging: Wooden products will undergo natural color changes, fine lines, or seasoning cracks over time and usage.

• Maintenance Advice:

1. Avoid applying force with blunt or hard objects to prevent external damage and structural compromise.

2. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent warping or drying cracks.

3. Avoid placing high-temperature items directly on the wood surface.

4. Wipe away spilled liquids immediately to prevent discoloration or damage to the finish.

7. Final Decision

In case of any dispute, Burumu Carpentry Limited reserves the right of final decision.
